Step 1 - EXPLORE (10 min).

Kids will test 2 - 3 business ideas against the one question every entrepreneur has to answer first. They'll be surprised by what holds up - and what doesn't

Step 2 - SELECT (15 min).

Who's my customer, and will they pay for this?
They think through pricing, value, and what it really takes to make money - not just a cool idea, but one that works

Step 3 - BUILD (30 min).

How do I actually make this happen?

They build out a real business plan: who their customers are, how they'll reach them, and what first steps they'll take. This is where it gets real.

Step 4 - PITCH (5 min).

Can I tell the story of my business with confidence?
Each child presents their idea to a real guest entrepreneur and gets live feedback. This moment alone changes how they see themselves
